Wounded Euromaidan hero Volodymyr Honcharovskyi requires assistance: "He never walked again, suffers from acute pain". PHOTOS

Activists urge to provide assistance to a Euromaidan hero, who has been unsuccessfully trying to cure the injuries he received during attacks on Euromaidan protesters Feb. 20, 2014.

Olha Poberezhna wrote on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.

"Dear Facebook friends! I have never asked to provide financial aid to someone. This is the first time I am asking for such assistance. Volodymyr Honcharovskyi (32 years old) is the father of four children, Euromaidan participant. Volodymyr is depicted on the photo below being pulled by the legs down the Instytutska Street. He received three gunshot wounds Feb. 20, 2014 - two in the back and one in the right arm. I am acquainted with him personally as I visited him in a military hospital in Germany (photo below). However, he never walked again. He suffers from acute pain, and now his children have come over ill too. His wife is in hospital with the youngest child. It is useless to wait for aid from the government, so any help will be appreciated," she wrote.
