Local police received a call informing of the explosion at 9:20 a.m. Jan. 15, Censor.NET informs citing communications department of the National Police.
According to the message, the explosion occurred at the fourth and fifth floors of a five-floor residential building, causing significant damages to the building. It has been established that it was a gas-bag explosion. State Emergency Service employees are currently clearing the debris on spot.
According to the police, the rescuers have saved a woman born in 1983 and an eight-year girl from under the debris. They both have been delivered to hospital.
One child, a girl born in 2011, is reported killed. Another baby, born in 2015, is being currently searched for.
Police officers have roped off the accident site.
