The entire Constitution Square near the parliamentary building is filled with people who are holding flags of various political parties and organizations, including those of Svoboda All-Ukrainian Union, Trade Unions Federation, 5.10 and Mistseve Samoupravlinnia ('Local self-governance') parties. According to Censor.NET correspondent, the latter party is being presented by very young people, possibly schoolchildren.
Due to the protest, the security of the parliamentary building has been enhanced. About 20 police buses and special vehicles are parked near the Mariinsky park nearby.
