According to the reporter, this number of MPs has been observed in the session hall over the past few hours. Due to the deputies' absence, several important bills could not be voted today, including the one on creation of international broadcasting radio station, and resolution banning media check-ups during the election period.

As reported, Oppositional Bloc is totally absent from the session hall of the Parliament. Just a few representatives of Petro Poroshenko Bloc, People's Front, and Radical Party are present at the moment.

MPs themselves acknowledge there is no efficient instrument to promote discipline among them. The only pressure is the society's reaction.

It is also reported that the MPs decided not to work in the session hall of the Parliament due to local elections preparation for the next three weeks. According to the parliamentary agenda, the next plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada is to take place on Nov. 3.
