22 district heads appointed in Odesa region: "They could work abroad, but take the most challenging posts". PHOTOS

After three months, 22 heads of district administrations in the Odesa region have been appointed as a result of a transparent competition.

This was announced by deputy governor of the Odesa region Yuliia Marushevska on her Facebook page, Censor.NET reports.

"Three months, 6,500 questionnaires, 1,500 phone interviews, daily interviews and 22 daredevils are appointed. I'm proud of them. They could work abroad for big salary, stay in comfort of the public sector, but they choose responsibility and take the most challenging posts. They have different motivations but a common goal. They will change the country - for the sake of a newborn son, in memory of the brother killed in the ATO, or to just bring back the lost homeland. Very soon, they will embark on repairing roads and renovating school roofs, and in future they will lead the nation as the elite so long awaited and missing," Marushevska noted.
