Odesa Avtomaidan leader Yevhen Rezvushkin has been released from prison and put under house arrest.

Censor.NET reports citing an activist of the NGO "Rada Hromadskoi Bezpeky" Oleksandr Krachok.

"The lawyers filed an appeal, a hearing followed, judges went out for consultations. A decision was taken that Prymorskyi district court of Odesa "went too far." Given the fact Rezvushkin is a father of little children, provides volunteer assistance to the ATO, previously unconvicted, etc. it was decided to release him from jail. Now the lawyers are on their way to the predetention centre. Everything should work out quickly. In a couple of hours he (Rezvushkin - ed.) will be already under house arrest," Krachok said.
