A joint mobile group of the tax police unit "Phantom", the SBU, the military prosecutor's office and border guards detained a Russian citizen who was going to fight for the "LPR."

As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by the First Deputy Head of the State Fiscal Service Serhii Bilan on his Facebook page.

According to him, the man was on his way to a militants' camp, but got lost and was detained by the Ukrainian law enforcers. At the same time, according to Bian, he was strongly convinced of having been captured by the "LPR" militants.

"During the inspection we found a Russian passport without an official entry to Ukraine's territory, a Russian military card, a tripwire laying mechanism, and a package of drugs," Bilan wrote.
