He said that the captured Russian soldiers "receive adequate medical treatment - their therapy continues. At the same time, our investigators are active and efficient - the arrested cooperate with them and give evidence. In general, the schedule is very tight," Lubkivskyi said.
He also said that given huge volume of work to be done by the investigation, as well as importance of medical rehabilitation of the arrested, Russian consul will be able to visit the Russian soldiers not earlier that in a month or two after his latest visit.
"I believe this is right. The Russian party has nothing to worry for, the arrested are being provided with all necessary medical and safety conditions," Lubkivskyi said.
