Resolution on search at apartment of the Ministry of Justice purge department head Kozachenko was adopted by judge Farkosh, who previously ran scandalous cases of "beating" a "Berkut soldier" by teacher Moskalenko during her eviction from her home in Pechersk district of Kyiv, as well as released Kharkiv's notorious mayor Kernes from arrest.

This was announced by journalist Dmytro Hnap on his Facebook page, Censor.NET reports.

"Let me introduce you judge Farkosh, who adopted resolution on the search of the apartment of the purge department head Kozachenko. This is the same judge who convicted teacher Nina Moskalenko of alleged "beating up of Berkut soldeer" when her house in Pechersk district of Kyiv was being demolished. This very same judge released Kernes from arrest when he was accused of supporting separatists. Another 'nyash-myash' (reference to Crimean Russian prosecutor Natalia Poklonskaya - ed.)," he announced.
