As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by Interior Minister Arsen Avakov on his Facebook page.

"My Facebook page has turned into a registry of corruptionists and bribetakers recently. I hate it myself. But this is important - the villains need to be caught, and this should be done in public.

"The director of Ukrspetszem Kyiv state enterprise of the State agency for land resources of Ukraine demanded a bribe of $200,000 for issuing a certificate for permanent use of 4 hectares of land in the Obukhiv district [of the Kyiv region - ed.]. She received the first $100,000, and was caught red-handed ($86,000) together with her facilitator, adviser to the head of the State Committee on Land Resources ($14,000).

"They came home, took the marked money into apartment, and just started to get used to it when the door bell rang - crime investigators, attesting witnesses, police [came in].

"Involvement of heads of the State Committee on Land Resources in the Kyiv region and one of the villages of the region in the crime is also examined. The investigation continues.

"People, please inform us when you are demanded a bribe - we will purge them!," Avakov called.
