This is stated by her lawyer Nikolay Polozov on Twitter, Censor.NET reports.
"It looks like the IC (Investigation Committee) is preparing new charges against Nadiya - use of prohibited means and methods of warfare," Polozov wrote on Twitter. As proof of his words the defense attorney published a picture of the resolution on joining criminal proceedings dated Jan. 16, 2015.
On Wednesday, Feb. 25, the Moscow City Court ruled for Batkivshchyna MP, member of PACE, pilot Nadiya Savchenko to remain behind bars, her lawyer Mark Feigin stated. Video broadcast from the detention center allowing her to participate in the today's court hearing showed her being seriously undernourished. During the hearing Savchenko stated that she would probably not live until the next hearing.
Earlier, Censor.NET reported that several organs of Savchenko's body are not working properly.
