"The day before, the so-called Cossacks attacked positions of our forces on approaches to the village twice, once with tank forces," the head of the Luhansk regional state administration Hennadii Moskal informs. "However, they received repulse which made them run and leave the killed in the battlefield. One of them turned out to be a Russian citizen. According to his passport that was in his pocket, he is Yemelyanov Andrey Vladimirovich, born Nov. 27, 1974. Registered in Tyumen city, 6 Tavricheskaya Str, apt.62. Marriage registered on Nov. 18, 1995, with Semenenko Nadezhda Nikolaevna.
Yemelyanov was dressed in a camouflage and a red T-shirt with 'Go Russia!' print.
Inscription on his chevron reads 'The first Cossack regiment of the Grand Don Army of M.Platov'..
"That is to say that a Russian citizen came from Tyumen over 2,500km and put a chevron on his uniform as if he was a local Cossack. There are a lot of Ukrainians in Tyumen, more than 6%, according to statistics. Some have lived there for a long time, have families, and are law-abiding citizens; some come from Ukraine for earnings, they construct houses or infrastructure. But none come with weapons to kill local citizens.
"Yemelyanov came to Luhansk with arms because he believed Russian propaganda or was tempted with easy earnings during the war. He found his death here. I want his wife, whose maiden name was Semenenko (Ukrainain last name - ed.) to find out this information, as well as mothers and wives of other men who came to Ukraine to fight. They will find the same destiny as Yemelyanov. Photos from Yemelyanov's documents are another direct proof that Russia is involved in the horror that is taking place in Ukraine," Moskal mentioned.
