This is stated by investigative blogger Irakli Komakhidze, Censor.NET reports.
"We have obtained a recent photograph with Russian tanks at the railway station of Kantemirovka village of the Voronezh region, Russia which borders the Luhansk region (northeast). For now we have not managed to identify them as belonging to a particular military unit, as well as to answer the question whether they are being unloaded or loaded. I hope there are railroad experts among the readers, who will be able to determine the point of dispatch/destination of the echelon through the railway flatcar number - 44554178 (I had help with this before)," the blogger writes.
The blogger also revealed the location of the tank with familiar inscription "For Stalin".
"In November, I published records concerning the "military route of the 200th Task Brigade of the Northern Fleet" that livened up their equipment by painting slogans like "Death to the fascists", "For Stalin", "Death to Aidar"... Today I found a relatively recent photograph of the familiar tank judging by which it can be assumed that a division of this team is currently in "reserve" and is idling at the village of Dolotinka near Millerovo, the Rostov region, which is bordering with Ukraine,' the blogger wrote.
