According to Censor.NET this is stated by Deputy Chairman of the Voroshilov district council of Donetsk Ivan Prykhodko on his Facebook page.

"The Kuibyshev district now. Four dead after a hit on a housing office #4. Grocery store near Katran - three dead and two wounded. Building #221 and Amstore hit," he wrote.
