A person detained at Kyiv’s Zhytomyrska subway station earlier today with TNT and plastic-based explosive in his backpack turned out to be a member of Rukh Novykh Syl party.

As reported by Censor.NET, adviser to Interior Minister Zorian Shkiriak wrote on social media that the detainee, Taras Hresyk, born in 1990, is an active member of Rukh Novykh Syl party founded and led by former President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili.

"It is needless to comment this," Shkiriak said.

As reported, the law enforcers who detained Hresyk at Zhytomyrska station while heading for downtown searched his backpack and found about 100 grams of TNT, 100 grams of plastic-based explosive, fuses and detonators.
