According to the report, the group of Yakut the Sniper is fighting with the ATO forces and terrorizing civilians in the Donetsk region upon instructions of the security agencies of the Russian Federation.
"Yakut the Sniper is a Ukrainian citizen Siatkin Denys, born 1972 in Magnitogorsk, Chelyabinsk region of Russia," the statement says.
In February and March, 2014 he participated in the occupation of Crimea by Russian fighters. He personally took down the national flag of Ukraine from Simferopol City Council building. Later, under the leadership of his curator from the Russian FSB (Federal Security Service) Captain Aleksander Ober, the militant was preparing for relocation to eastern Ukraine to organize terrorist attacks and sabotage. Yakut received special training at the Russian special services training base near Rostov.
It was determined that on June 20 Yakut's group illegally crossed the state border of Ukraine in the Donetsk region near Dmytryivka as part of a convoy of Russian military vehicles (5 tanks, 7 APCs and several trucks).
In late June, Yakut and his cronies cynically shot at the positions of the ATO in Snizhnianskyi district of the Donetsk region. According to the Security Service, the militants were paid up to 2 thousand dollars for the crimes committed.
"After the resumption of the ATO the militant decided to escape inciting other terrorists to do the same," the Security Service summed up.
