"If someone did not know it Hasan was a great friend of the Kremlin's macho and almost all the Federation Council," wrote Pedro Sangre on Facebook.
Yurii Karmazin, former head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Organized Crime, commented on the matter: "The murder of Hasan will not result in the redistribution of criminal influence in Ukraine. It could happen five years ago. Today, everything is controlled by the regime. In Kyiv the so-called overseer is one of the ministers, every oblast has its own one."
"And Hasan is such a minor figure for Ukraine, he has no influence here. His era simply ended, and another one is on the way, because Russia has its combination of security and criminal overseers and we have a different one - overseers and criminals are controlled by the regime. If Hasan was removed, then it was green lighted from the top - the KGB and the criminal one," concluded Karmazin.
