The final protocol on the election results was announced by the head of the election commission, the Ukrainian Pravda reports. The announcement was met by people shouting 'Shame!'.

At that, the commission members from the opposition placed the boxes with uncounted ballots on the tables.

The commission has refused to re-count them in order to quickly consider the appellate court decisions on non validating the voting in 28 precintcts.

5 members out of 16 voted against the acknowledgement of the protocols. One member signed it with his own opinion.

Protocol without the signatures of all members

Earlier the CEC has refrained from re-counting in several districts which it set itself, thus violating the law. It was done in order to quickly announce the appellate court decisions which were based on the Party of Regions observers claims that they were allegedly not let into the district.

In their lawsuits the representatives of Viktor Romanyuk provided decrees with forged signatures. However, the courts have ignored the facts.

When the commission members began the wrongdoing BYuT deputy Volodymyr Oliynyk and Front Zmin activist Andriy Pyshnyy have intervened. Commission members controlled by the Party of Regions started calling someone. After that Tetyana Zasukha appeared in the commission.

She started commanding the commission to work, and other people to take their seats. Zasukha's husband, former Kyiv oblast governor came to support her.

At that, considering the decision of the Appeal Court, the district commission obtained grounds for the annulment of the vote in 28 precincts which comprises about 30,000 voters, thus simply deleting the votes of these people.

Pyshnyy told the press that the opposition will file a complaint to the courts regarding the events that took place in the commission on Saturday night. "Zasukha will not become a deputy," he said.

"They told 17 thousand people (who voted for Romanyuk in the precincts where the voting results were cancelled): you are nobody," he said.

After the announcement another deputy Anatoly Hrytsenko.

It should be noted that "the press" (see picture above) tried to prevent the work of the Ukrainian Pravda journalist when she wanted to record the signing of the protocols by commission members.
