Censor.NET reports citing the update by the ATO headquarters press center.
"The number of enemy attacks has increased compared to the previous 24-hour period. The illegal armed formations committed 22 assaults on the Ukrainian troops' strong points repeatedly using mortars of various calibers.
"In Luhansk direction, about two dozen enemy shells hit positions near Lozove, Triokhizbenka, and Krymske. The enemy fired upon the approaches to several villages with infantry weapons: the defenders of Luhanske, Lobachiove, Lopaskyne, and Zaitseve were shelled with grenade launchers of various types while the defenders of Malynove, Travneve, Zhovte, Novooleksandrivka, and Stanytsia Luhanska were fired upon with small arms and large-caliber machine guns.
"In Donetsk direction, the enemy concentrated attacks in the area adjacent to the Sea of Azov. The invaders repeatedly employed grenade launchers and small arms against defenders of Vodiane and Hnutove. The militants shelled positions on the outskirts of Pavlopil with 120-mm mortars and IFV-mounted guns. The Russian mercenaries also deliberately fired upon the ATO forces' strong points near Marinka and Krasnohorivka with light infantry weapons and large-caliber machine guns. The invaders employed grenade launchers of various types, large-caliber machine guns, and small arms against our positions in the vicinity of Avdiivka and Kamianka.
"The Ukrainian servicemen suppressed invaders' attacks 13 times using weapons not prohibited by the Minsk agreements. One ATO fighter received combat injuries. He was taken to a military hospital in a satisfactory condition," the situation report reads.
Earlier, the Russian mercenaries committed 12 attacks on the Ukrainian Armed Forces' positions on Nov. 26.
