Ukraine's Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelyan wrote on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.
"Dubnevych, Mykhalchuk, Kostiuk and others are under scrutiny. The conclusion is that there is corruption at the top level! I was right once again! Neither political protection nor the turn-a-blind-eye practices helped them. It is now critical to make sure that this would not turn into another Discovery Channel-like show when some one is being caught, taken a picture of and released!" he said.
The minister said that law enforcers assured him they were going all the way and would not make any compromises.
As reported by Interfax-Ukraine, on Nov. 14, 2017, the operatives of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and prosecutors raided the offices of Ukrzaliznytsia's regional branches and its affiliated companies under the investigation of the criminal case into large-scale embezzlement by the company's senior management.
