This was reported by Main Military Prosecutor of Ukraine Anatolii Matios at a briefing, Censor.NET reports referring to 112 Ukraine TV channel.
"Last night, the military prosecutor's office of the Odesa garrison in the southern region detained the acting commander of the unit, a lieutenant colonel of the Armed Forces, who used no force including lethal one, as provided by the Guard regulations, which led to seizure of a part of the military unit's territory and unauthorized entry to the territory of the military facility," Matios said.

The main military prosecutor also reported that the acting military unit commander was served notice of suspicion.
"In addition, the professional soldier who was appointed the head of squad guarding aviation materiel storage was also detained and charged with violation of military regulations by taking no measures to prevent unidentified persons from unlawful entry on the territory," Matios added.
Earlier, the Ukrainian military authorities reported about the unsuccessful attempt to seize a military unit in Odesa committed by some 40 individuals wearing balaclavas.
