The police Spetsnaz got inside through the first and second floors and unblocked the hall of the Sviatoshyn district court of Kyiv. During the operation, tear gas was used by one of the parties.
Several Kokhanivskyi's allies were detained. One of the detainees is activist Oleksandr Kravchuk. The detained rioters were placed in the prison trucks.
The building of the court is currently cordoned off by soldiers of the National Guard. The journalists are staying inside while the building exit is blocked. As reported, the police forbade reporters to record and take pictures during the operation and behaved aggressively against them.
Later, the detained activists were taken away presumably to the police station.
The traffic on Zhylianska street that is adjacent to the courthouse is partially blocked.

On Oct. 21, OUN leader Mykola Kokhanivskyi was detained near the Akademmistechko metro station in Kyiv after he opened fire with a traumatic handgun, following a fight with Right Sector ex-soldier Ruslan "Rem" Kachmala. On Oct. 23, the court was to decide on a pre-trial measure for Kokhanivskyi. However, the hearing was postponed until Oct. 24, after which Kokhanivskyi's allies blocked the court room. Later, they wrecked havoc inside the court after the police Spetsnaz tried to take the defendant away.
