This was announced by Defense Ministry spokesperson on ATO (anti-terrorist operation) matters Andrii Lysenko on Monday, citing data by Intelligence Department of MoD, Censor.NET reports.
"When expecting a group of representatives of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in Ukraine, headed by deputy chief monitor Alexander Hug, in Pikuzy, the command of the so-called 9th separate assault motorized rifle brigade of marines in Novoazovsk ordered to mask tanks and infantry fighting vehicles in forests.
"Further on, in order to prevent the Mission representatives from finding the masked hardware, the enemy installed additional checkpoints at field roads that would not allow OSCE vehicles to proceed, explaining it with "security measures for monitors' safety"," Hug said.
