Ukraine's Football Federation (FFU) will introduce new rules of ticket sales by names, and will soon add "black lists" of football fans in order to avoid conflict situations.

This was announced by People's Front MP Anton Herashchenko on air of 112 Ukraine late night Wednesday, Censor.NET reports.

"FFU is currently shifting to selling name tickers. There will be "black lists" of people who come to games not to watch and enjoy football but to fight. These people will not be allowed to stadiums. No better punishment could be made up for them. They will be deprived of the chance to watch their favorite team playing. It's either you abide by the rules of decency and requirements of the FFU and international football rules, or you do not make it to the stadium," the MP said.

Herashchenko says the "lists" have been used earlier towards foreign fans during games with Turkey and Croatia, when data on potentially dangerous fans had been received in advance.

"They were not allowed in Ukraine. Why would they? The final goal is to have security on stadiums. We cannot afford that Ukraine is listed among countries that allow mess on stadiums," Herashchenko added.
