"I want to congratulate all retirees, as the justice is being restored. I stress that the bill provides for increase not only now, as such increases were always attempted on the eve of election. We do it now, and modernization of pensions has been envisioned as an efficient mechanism on regular basis," Poroshenko said.

"I want to congratulate all Ukrainians, because one day, we will all be retired. It's important that the justice has been restored by this pension reform."
