They gave the letter to OSCE, Censor.NET reports citing OSCE press office via LIGA.net.
The press office said that residents of Pikuzy (former Kominternove, the Donetsk region) gave a letter to OSCE monitors that is addressed to Novoazovsk district administration, the United Nations Organization, and the International Red Cross Committee. In the letter, they described problems that local residents are facing (such as poor gas supplies) and demanded to immediately withdraw armed people and hardware from residential areas of the village.
OSCE special monitors earlier recorded two terrorists in Pikuzy.
