Balczun told in an interview to Wiadomosci Onet, Censor.NET reports citing LigaBusinessInform.
"From the point of view of fears and risks that I accepted when left for Ukraine, I can say that my biggest success is that I survived and returned," Balczun said.
Former UZ head believes his team managed to stabilize the company.
"We were able to significantly improve financial performance - both in 2016 and in the first two quarters of 2017 we have shown profits after several years of losses," he said.
Balczun also mentioned creation of a five-year development strategy for the company and restoration of its reputation on the international level.
"We have implemented and initiated an entire set of reform initiatives that I hope will be continued," Balczun said.
