Marshall Plan for Ukraine envisages $5 billion in annual investments and is 10 years long, - Economic Development Minister Kubiv

Marshall Plan for Ukraine is set for 10 years and envisages allocation of $5 billion annually in the mid-term (2018-2020).

This was announced by First Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Economic Development Stepan Kubiv on Thursday, Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine.

"We have agreed on the priorities that lie in the spheres of infrastructure projects, energy efficiency, digital economy through small business," Kubiv said at a press briefing after meeting former Lithuanian PM Andrius Kubilius regarding long-term financial support for reforms in Ukraine.

Kubilius, who is one of the authors of the Marshall Plan for Ukraine, told the briefing that if Ukraine receives annual investments of $5 billion, its economy will grow by 6-8% GDP.
