This was announced by the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) HQ press office on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.
The HQ said Donetsk direction was the most unquiet yesterday. Militants opened fire from grenade launchers, large caliber machine guns, and small arms upon ATO forces' defenses in Avdiivka four times. In one of the attacks, at around 11 p.m., one Ukrainian military was wounded. The fighter was immediately delivered to the nearest war hospital, his condition is satisfactory. In the evening, the enemy also attacked Ukrainian defenses in Zaitseve, Kamianka, and twice in Pisky.
In Prymorske direction, Russian mercenaries impacted Vodiane area strongholds of the Ukrainian army using grenade launchers, and IFVs in Hnutove area. Marinka and Shyrokyne defenses came under small arms and large caliber machine guns fire.
In Luhansk direction, the enemy shelled ATO positions from an anti-aircraft mount in Krymske, and from grenade launchers in Stanytsia Luhanska.
"A total of 25 attacks by Russian occupation troops were recorded yesterday upon Ukrainian strongholds. One military was wounded. In several cases, when the attacks by the enemy were life-threatening, ATO forces opened fire in retaliation," the report reads.
On Sept. 12, Russian mercenaries attacked ATO forces positions 27 times, wounding two Ukrainian military.
