 No casualties in Ukrainian army yesterday; terrorists attacked Ukrainian positions 36 times, - ATO HQ

On Sept. 4, Russian occupation groups got more active in their armed provocations. The enemy was mostly using small arms and grenade launchers.

Censor.NET reports citing the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) HQ press service on Facebook.

"Just like in previous days, the situation was tense in Donetsk direction. The militants opened fire in Zaitseve using small arms and large caliber machine guns four times, and two times in Pisky. Grenade launchers were used in Avdiivka industrial zone, in Kamianka and Butivka mine area," the report reads.

The HQ reported it was unquiet in Prymorsk direction.

"After 6 p.m. the bandits continued fire provocations in Vodiane vicinity. Our positions in Lebedynske, Shyrokyne, and Marinka area came under grenade launcher fire. Strongholds in Talakivka were impacted from large caliber machine guns three times."

In Luhansk direction, the enemy opened fire from various types of weapons in Krymske, Stanytsia Luhanska, and Malynove.

"A total of 36 attacks upon our positions by Russian occupation groups were recorded yesterday. 18 of them were well-aimed. No casualties among the Ukrainian military were recorded," the ATO press center said.

As reported, Russian troops attacked ATO forces' positions 44 times on Sept. 3.
