Censor.NET reports referring to a message by the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) in the Donbas published by the anti-terrorist operation HQ press center on Facebook.
After terrorists used incendiary ammunition, several civilian homes on a number of village streets caught fire. The houses and property burnt down. Fortunately, none of the local residents suffered in the attack.
As reported, the Ukrainian military did not succumb to the provocations and did not fire in response.
"The Ukrainian side to the JCCC condemns the actions of paramilitary units, the bombardment of residential areas, which endanger the life and health of the civilian population. Such actions by the leadership of the certain areas of the Donetsk region indicate interest in further aggravation of the conflict, demonstrate reluctance to observe the cease-fire and deliberate non-compliance with the Minsk agreements," the message says.
As previously reported, on Aug. 21, Russian mercenaries committed 30 attacks on Ukrainian army positions.
