This was announced by the State Border Service spokesperson Oleh Slobodian, Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine.
"Going away from last names, a person with a void passport should be treated one way: we seize the passport and ban the citizen from entry," Slobodian said.
He says the person will be forced to return where he or she came from.
On July 26, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko signed a decree that deprived former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili, leader of Rukh Novykh Syl party, of his Ukrainian citizenship.
