The State Border Service says if Saakashvili attempts to cross Ukrainian border, the border guards will act in accordance with the law.

This was announced by the State Border Service spokesperson Oleh Slobodian, Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine.

"Going away from last names, a person with a void passport should be treated one way: we seize the passport and ban the citizen from entry," Slobodian said.

He says the person will be forced to return where he or she came from.
