As reported by Censor.NET, Chubarov said this on air of 5 Channel.
"We have to be more persistent. It happens that they set parameters for us very strictly, i.e. they say that Minsk agreements have no alternatives, you can abide by them, so they give us orders.
"I believe it's time - I told this to president of Ukraine recently - we have to specify our position, and this position must be clear for our partners - the restoration of territorial integrity of Ukraine within internationally recognized borders, including the republic of Crimea and Sevastopol. In other words, we consider all issues related to Russian attack upon Ukraine in a single formula, and we say that the Minsk agreements have fulfilled their role to the extent they fulfilled it...," Chubarov said.
"Around the Minsk agreements, Germany, German politicians are playing. And German politicians and German business have hit the Ukrainian position gravely over the past two-three months. So I believe this is the time when we give more clear wording and say this is not going to happen," Chubarov added.
