 Court arrests property of former PGO investigator Sus

The court has granted a petition by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) to arrest the property of former investigator of the Prosecutor General's Office (PGO) Dmytro Sus.

Censor.NET reports citing the court ruling of Aug. 7.

The arrested property includes two apartments (one in Khmelnytskyi, another one in Sofiivska Borshchahivka in Kyiv larger area), two land plots, a garage and a Skoda Octavia Combi RS 2015 car.

Sus is charged with embezzlement of property and money seized during a search, and false income statement. On July 27, the court sentenced Sus to 24-hour house arrest for two months and requested him to wear an electronic tracking device.

Former PGO officer, deputy head of economic crimes investigation department, Sus was detained by NABU in Boryspil international airport on July 25. NABU investigates his involvement in several criminal proceedings, starting from April 2016. Sus failed to declare his luxury Audi Q7 car.
