The General Staff said this extra campaign is held due to incomplete draft to the National Guard during the May campaign.
This month, Ukrainians aged 20 to 27 will receive military summons. Of them, about 1,000 people will be selected to be trained in the National Guard. Each region of Ukraine will send about 50 to 100 people. For instance, the Lviv region is to draft 53 fighters, and the Dnipropetrovsk region - 93 people.
The next military draft campaign, the president ordered, will be held in October this year. The Cabinet of Ministers will adopt a separate decree providing the exact number of people to be drafted and the amount of money to be spent on the campaign.
