This was announced by Deputy Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine's representative to humanitarian subgroup of Minsk Iryna Herashchenko on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.
"Tomorrow [July 24 - ed.] we're having first phone talks of the Normandy Four in a long time, the first for France's new President Macron. The key issue for Ukraine is security and prisoners' release. We really want some progress in these matters," Herashchenko wrote.
"Our Minsk talks that will occur on July 31 (a Skype conference on hostages) and on Aug. 2 (the rest of the groups, except of the humanitarian) will largely depend on the outcomes of the phone conference of the Normandy Four," she wrote.
The phone talk of the leaders of Ukraine, France, Germany and Russia is scheduled for July 24.
