As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by the political party's press office.
"At its session yesterday, the faction of Petro Poroshenko Bloc excluded from its members MP Boryslav Rozenblat, and overwhelmingly supported a decision to lift his immunity and indict him. We have also decided to lift immunity of the rest of the MPs as suggested by the motions filed by Prosecutor General's Office," Herasymov said.
The head of the faction stressed it was a purely political decision.
"Involvement of Boryslav Rozenblat and other MPs in crimes should be decided by court. It should be noted that the faction has granted the request of our colleague to deprive him of the immunity so that he could defend his honor independently in court. In a democratic society, only court has the power to decide on guilt and liability of a citizen.
"The stance of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc faction remains categorical and cemented: we support the president of Ukraine as saying that there should be no untouchables in Ukraine," Herasymov said.
