As reported by Censor.NET, this proposal was only supported by 190 MPs out of 226 required minimum.
Parliamentary Speaker Andrii Parubii contacted Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko to tell him that MPs are expecting him in the sessions hall for consideration of the motions on immunity lifting.
Parubii said Lutsenko might arrive in Rada by 12:30 p.m.
The deputies are to vote for lifting parliamentary immunity of two MPs - Yevhen Deidei (People's Front) and Oles Dovhyi (Volia Narodu).
The motions by the prosecutor general were submitted to the Rada on June 21. They include five MPs: Andrii Lozovyi (Radical Party), Oles Dovhyi (Volia Narodu), Yevhen Deidei (People's Front), Maksym Poliakov (People's Front), and Boryslav Rozenblat (Petro Poroshenko Bloc).
The regulation committee of the parliament will also consider the same motion on MP Mykhailo Dobkin on July 12.
