As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by Presidential Administration press service.
The bill amends the Laws of Ukraine "On national security of Ukraine" and "On national and foreign policy" in part of the Euro-Atlantic integration.
Integration into the Euro-Atlantic region, including NATO membership, is specified in the bill as one of the national priorities of Ukraine.
"With this purpose, Ukraine will step up efforts in the entire complex of reforms, including in security and defense sectors, to meet the Alliance membership criteria," the message reads.
This bill was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on June 8, 2017.
