Rusnak said the current situation in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) area in the east of Ukraine is complicated but controlled.
"The signs of temporary stabilization are seen due to the agreements reached in Minsk on the cease-fire since April 1 this year. Since the beginning of the year, the illegal armed gangs violated the cease-fire more than 10,000 by regular use of weapons that should have been withdrawn from the demarcation line," he said.
