This was announced by State Border Guard Service Head Viktor Nazarenko on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.
"Today, on June 30, at around 2:30 a.m., border guards of the Kherson unit with Armed Forces fighters detained two unidentified persons without documents in the Kherson region at the Perekopska gulf shore, and found a boat that they landed on.
"During preliminary questioning, it was established that the detainees are servicemen of the Border Guard service of Russia's FSB. They said they were allegedly training to guard the border and acted as mock violators, but lost their way and ended up in mainland Ukraine," Nazarenko wrote.
