Yurii Butusov believes that the explosion of the car of special reserves head of Ukraine's Main Intelligence Department (HUR) Shapoval has a Russian trace in it.

Censor.NET Chief Editor Yurii Butusov wrote on Facebook.

"The car of the head of the special reserves of Ukraine's Main Intelligence Department (HUR) of MoD, Colonel Maksym Shapoval has been blown up in downtown Kyiv," Butusov wrote.

"Maksym Shapoval was the head of the unit that actively participated in defending Ukraine from the Russian aggression, in combat activities in the Donbas, including on temporarily occupied territories," he said.

Butusov says he has no doubts that Shapoval was killed in a terrorist attack by Russian secret services.

"The pattern in the crime is the same as in the blasts that killed journalist Pavel Sheremet in Kyiv and deputy head of counterintelligence department of SBU in the Donetsk region Oleksandr Kharaberiush in Mariupol. No doubt that Russian secret services unleashed a large-scale terrorist war against officers of Ukrainian secret services, who are the most active participants in the fighting against the occupants," Butusov wrote.

As reported, a Mercedes vehicle was destroyed by an explosion in the morning of June 27 at Solomianska Street in Kyiv.

The blast killed special reserves head of Ukraine's Main Intelligence Department (HUR) Colonel Maksym Shapoval and wounded two more people.
