This was announced by head of SBU's nationhood protection department Viktor Kononenko at a briefing, Censor.NET reports citing LIGA.net.
"SBU received intelligence data of Russia's secret services intention to create artificial conditions for large-scale protests in Ukraine. Individuals who hide from Ukrainian prosecution in Russia have been assigned to organize an attack with explosives upon office of All-Ukrainian Batkivshchyna Union in Kyiv," he said.
Kononenko said the individuals in question, three residents of the Lviv region, were detained last night upon an attempt to throw flame liquid bottles inside the office of Batkivshchyna at 13 Turivska Str. in Kyiv.

Kononenko said the men arrived in the capital to conduct the attack and get paid for it.
According to him, this was the second attempt by Russian secret services to undermine stability in Ukraine over the past month by conducting a provocative terrorist attack.
It was reported earlier that SBU warned about possible provocations against OSCE's special monitoring mission (SMM) at administrative border with temporarily occupied Crimea.
