 More than 30,000 Ukrainians entered EU without visas, with few grounded refusals, - Foreign Ministry

Since the visa free travel for Ukrainians launched on June 11, more than 30,000 citizens entered the EU countries with biometric passports only.

This was announced by Ukraine's Foreign Ministry Consulate Department on Twitter, Censor.NET reports.

"More than 30,000 Ukrainians entered the EU without visas. The refusals were few and grounded," the Department said.

The FM also offered Ukrainian citizens to read the recommendations for travelers to EU.

Since June 11, 2017, citizens of Ukraine who possess biometric passports are able to visit 30 European countries without visas. Ukrainians are allowed to stay there during 90 days in every six months.
