A source from the prosecutor's office told Censor.NET.
The source said that prosecution has agreed on all documents except for detention of Maksym Poliakov. It is not yet known when the Rada will vote on the motion.
The issue is on today's agenda of the relevant Rada committee. If the committee does not address it today, the next meeting is in two weeks.
On June 20, Ukraine's Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) and National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) announced they drafted a motion on lifting immunity of people's deputies Boryslav Rozenblat and Maksym Poliakov under article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (bribe acceptance).
