сизо политзаключенные

On June 21, a new law is enacted that cancels the calculation prison term under the so-called 'Savchenko law' (when one day in pretrial detention center counts as two days of prison term).

As reported by Censor.NET citing Ukrainski Novyny, the law was published in the official newspaper of the Verkhovna Rada, Holos Ukrainy, on June 20. It enters into force on the day following the publication.

The law stipulates that one day in pretrial detention center counts as one day of prison term, not two, as provided by the Savchenko law.
