The representative of Gongadze's widow Myroslava Gongadze, Valentyna Telychenko, left to another event she had planned earlier.

During the hearing, Pukach said he has been under pressure by unknown people in masks, who keep taking away his stuff and water from his cell. He says the pressure is much worse than it was during Yanukovych tenure.

"Some say this is the pressure by Telychenko and the prosecutor's office. I warn you that I will take it all! It's a pressure to break me down. They put pressure on me to make me shut up!" Pukach said.

Pukach's lawyers filed a request to enhance security measures for their client and asked to send the file on the threats to Pukach to NABU, saying it was the only agency they could trust.
