He said that the Russian artillery has been launching long-distance attacks at the frontline: "Recently, two cases of shelling have been recorded at a distance of about 20 km from the frontline into the rear."
Butusov also said that the enemy's reconnaissance had been reinforced with Russian drones, and the number of flights to the frontline had gone up. At the same time the enemy enhanced its countermeasures against Ukrainian drones.
"Obviously, these evident measures and the redeployment of the new 8th combined army at the border with Ukraine have something in common. That army includes the 1st and the 2nd army corps of the occupation troops, as well as support forces at the border of the Donetsk region, the 150th motorized rifle division," the reporter wrote.
"These symptoms are anything but a cease-fire," Butusov said.
As reported earlier, Russian terrorist gangs attacked Ukraine's positions 44 times yesterday.
