As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelian on air of HARD show on ZIK TV channel.
"It's definitely time for him to leave," he said commenting on the host's allegations that insider sources say Balczun is drafting his resignation. "Everything that had been planned, the next stage of Ukrzaliznytsia reform, has failed over the past year. And this is a blast upon Ukraine, its image, and the state economy," Omelian said.
"We expected that with its transparency, efficiency increase will be a real driving force behind the Ukrainian economy, will bring new orders to Ukrainian plants, will create more jobs. Nothing happened - just total corruption," Omelian said.
