 Militants continue to mortar Avdiivka industrial zone, - Zhebrivskyi

Local authorities have agreed on custody of the daughters of the civilians killed yesterday.

The militants continue to mortar the industrial zone in the town of Avdiivka in the Donetsk region. This was announced by the head of the Donetsk civil-military administration (CMA) Pavlo Zhebrivskyi, Censor.NET reports citing 112 TV Channel.

Regarding yesterday's shelling of Avdiivka, CMA held a coordination meeting.

"CMA will cover all expenses for the funeral of the killed civilians. We have almost agreed on the custody of the children of the deceased. The four-year-old girl will be taken to her 56-year-old grandmother. A custody of the seven-year-old girl is still being agreed. The families will be provided with material aid. We are allocating building materials for the repair of the house destroyed yesterday," Zhebrivskyi reported.

Yesterday, the militants shelled residential areas of Avdiivka. A shell hit a courtyard of a private house. As a result of the attack, three women and one man were killed. Two little children remained orphans.
